Cardamom and black lime béchamel, great over pasta!

- Black lime
Step by step:
1. Simmer milk with the black lime powder and 4 or 5 cardamom seeds, then strain.
2. Prepare a roux with equal amounts of butter and flour. When the flour starts to turn a golden colour, add a bit of the milk mixture.
3. You can use this béchamel sauce to top any of your favourite pastas and, to add extra flavour, try sprinkling black lime powder on top for a pop of citrus taste.
