Dried garlic
It is a type of garlic which we produce ourselves, that we skin, slice and dry at low temperature in order to keep its natural flavour intact.
For its use, 3 litres of water are added per kilo of dried garlic and it is left to soak for approximately 15 minutes. These are drained and used as fresh garlic.
This type of garlic is perfect for meat, seafood, sauces such as mayonnaise, tomato sauce and also stews.
