{"id":11022,"date":"2017-04-27T17:00:54","date_gmt":"2017-04-27T16:00:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/laabuelacarmen.com\/recetas\/tarta-cebolla-negra-chocolate-negro-queso-azul\/"},"modified":"2023-01-24T13:33:25","modified_gmt":"2023-01-24T12:33:25","slug":"black-onion-black-chocolate-and-blue-cheese-tart","status":"publish","type":"recetas","link":"https:\/\/laabuelacarmen.com\/en\/recetas\/black-onion-black-chocolate-and-blue-cheese-tart\/","title":{"rendered":"Black onion, black chocolate and blue cheese tart"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Black tart:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 black onions<\/li>\n<li>250 g flour (may be substituted for spelt flour)<\/li>\n<li>250 ml dark beer<\/li>\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n<li>150 g cream<\/li>\n<li>400 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>175 g black chocolate<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet yeast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Frosting<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g cream cheese<\/li>\n<li>50 g blue cheese (finely chopped)<\/li>\n<li>150 g icing sugar<\/li>\n<li>350 g double cream, very cold<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Decoration:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Honey and\/or caramelised honey<\/li>\n<li>Honeycomb<\/li>\n<li>Seasonal fruits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Melt chocolate and butter in a bain marie.<br \/>\nMix flour with sugar and yeast, avoid lumps.<br \/>\nAdd the cream and two eggs to the sugar, flour and yeast.<br \/>\nAdd the beer.<br \/>\nMix with the rod.<br \/>\nAdd melted chocolate and butter to create a homogeneous mixture.<br \/>\nAdd the finely chopped black onion.<br \/>\nGrease a cake pan with butter or baking spray.<br \/>\nPour into a cake baking dish.<br \/>\nBake at 180 degrees for half an hour.<br \/>\nObserve.
