Pork tenderloin<\/li>\n<li>1 leek<\/li>\n<li>1 green pepper finely sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 grilled red pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot<\/li>\n<li>6 clove of black garlic<\/li>\n<li>Ground ginger<\/li>\n<li>Ground cumming<\/li>\n<li>200ml. Wine<\/li>\n<li>250ml. Water<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>16 empanada disc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat the oil in a large pan, add the bite-sized pieces of pork and fry them until the meat is sealed.<\/li>\n<li>Add the sliced peppers, sliced grilled red peppers, sliced carrots, the ginger, the cumin, the black garlic and the salt, cook them for a few minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the wine and let it boil down.<\/li>\n<li>Add the water and again let it boil down.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and leave to cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>Fill the empanadas, seal the edges of each pastry with water and brush the empanadas with beaten egg.<\/li>\n<li>Fry them or bake them, fried empanadas are crispy and bigger, baked empanadas are lighter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients: 500gr.
