Dried garlic<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is a type of garlic which we produce ourselves, that we skin, slice and dry at low temperature in order to keep its natural flavour intact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For its use, 3 litres of water are added per kilo of dried garlic and it is left to soak for approximately 15 minutes. These are drained and used as fresh garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This type of garlic is perfect for meat, seafood, sauces such as mayonnaise, tomato sauce and also stews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
