Thanks to its R+D+i Department, La Abuela Carmen has become the number one European exporter of Black Garlic. Its products are sold across the 5 continents, while its ecological harvesting and production are pioneers in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The research, in constant communication with the country\u2019s main universities, is continuously creating ideas, which have come to fruition as the first Spanish producer of Black Onion, and the permanent study of the multiple healthy properties of Garlic and Black Garlic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the I+D+i Department, La Abuela Carmen\u2019s products are a gourmet reference, whose work has obtained plenty of recognition, such as that granted by the Regional Ministry of Agriculture in 2014 for innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n
