Ecological Garlic Paste

Great for saving time in the kitchen. It can be used as a sauce, in stews or stocks, meat and fish dishes and as a condiment in industrial meat processing and restaurants.

This product is made by blending fresh ecological garlic to produce a creamy smooth paste with conserves all the properties of fresh garlic.

One teaspoon equals two cloves of garlic.
